When the phone rings at the Health Watch Response Center, our highly trained operators carefully handle every call to get you the help you need quickly and efficiently. Whether it's dealing with a serious emergency, alerting a personal responder for assistance, or even having a friendly chat - they are there for you.

To serve the widest possible number of subscribers, the Response Center employs staff members who are native speakers of languages other than English. Our operators are also trained to use the Language Line for real time translation services in over 140 languages.

To ensure superior service and the safety of our subscribers, we maintain a completely redundant Monitoring Center that receives daily back up of all data, and can be brought on line immediately with no disruption of service, if the need arises.
